Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they stay clean and protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
